BUFORD!!!! The legitimate complainers here (very few by any account) just want a place to vent. If you follow this board, most of those complaints are about the neighborhhod, which was there BEFORE they moved in. Shame on them for not doing their homework and checking the area before they signed their lease. The others, like FILLMOREHEIST for instance, are former employees who are pissed that they got canned. I do applaud HEIST for the admission, though it does make his/HER posts here amount to nothing more than sour grapes. So like the Food and Commercial Workers Union trying to make Walmart look like the bad guy, these bitter former FC workers use this board in a misguieded attempt to stear away potential renters. So what they want is for their former employer to go out of business. What they are to the Fillmore Center staff, I suspect, is nothing more than a pimple on the ass of progress. To me they are an easy target and offer me, a long time very happy resident, the opportunity to expose their message for what it is.

Bob, your posts might be regarded as valid if you weren't so prone to absolute statements, with no possible way of knowing what you're talking about.
I, personally, was not "canned." I'm sure in your eyes, anyone who has chosen to leave the staff.... the long list... has been "canned." I make more, work less, and contribute more in my present appointment. I was not canned, nor am I pissed for anything more than choosing to stick around or so long.
I couldn't agree with you any more regarding some of your points regarding our society in contrast to that of Cuba, for example. I fail to understand how that same innate voice of reason prevents you from "considering" that you may not have a completely bias-free perspective. Recognizing that Cuba's health system is far superior to that which is offered here takes consideration, and courage to profess.
Your inability to consider renders your statements worth nothing more than sour grapes.

To FillmoreHeist / Bob is Biased: Canned or not, you still are the same bitter former employee with an ax to grind. No purpose in being here other than to lambaste your former employer. As to consideration for others views, I do recognize that some people here are not happy campers every day and find this an alternative forum to vent. That said, I feel that an individual with a clearly personal negative agenda such as yours will be viewed as a whiner and not taken seriously by any reasonable person who will take the time to muddle through your ----- sessions.

And I suppose you, a man who feels the need to post regularly about his trumped up success and ease of life, standing as an army of one in defiance of the incredibly overwhelming tones of dissastisfaction and frustration.... you, sir, are certainly more credible.
I've been in this community a lot longer than your gentrification-born, high class, sub-society self. What logic are you following, which allows to to suggest that prospective residents are more prone to believe one man speaking in defiance amongst a sea of SO MANY individual claims? Be it former employees, present employees, former residents, or present residents.... they represent an overwhelming majority, at least here.
Good luck in your campaign... and at leaving your less than modest beginnings in the past.
