I lived at the Fillmore Center for a bit. I can only reinforce what the previous review stated, and add my own horror story of the entire closet system -- shelves and ll -- which came crashing down one fine day.

Also, my toilet had a leak. I asked for it to be fixed. Apparently, they were too busy to send someone up to fix it until someone 7 floors below complained of a water leaking down from above. DOH!
