This place is a dump From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This building is surrounded by low rent housing. But this building is supposed to be a fortress against all of that. Ironically, the feeling inside this building is almost pretty much the same as outside. It is just one ghetto ass apartment for $1700 a month. You'll definitely get better return on your rent money elsewhere. Plus, your car would be safer since garage break-in's in this place happen like a couple times a week. There are always strange people who loiter down there. They might be residents or they might be car thieves.. probably both.
