Fillmore is a long street. There are some great places on Upper Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, and the Marina, but the FIllmore Center is not anywhere around those. It is on the same street, but it's literally on one of the the worst sections of town. Fillmore Center is the central for crack heads, drug dealers, thugs. Even if you have a car, you wouldn't want to drive out. Indoor parking isn't safe neither. This place was very poorly designed.
