I lived in this hell-hole for over 2 years. My apartment was robbed, I heard gunfire almost daily, elevators are always breaking down, and the so-called "management" is a joke! They don't respond to you unless you supposedly owe them money. They are greedy bastards who will keep your deposit and send you to collections without any notice. They gave us a 3 day notice that our rent was increasing $400 per month. This place is a complete joke and a complete waste of money. This is basically a low income housing project with luxury prices. DON'T LIVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

KELLY !!!! Such hostility !!!! Yeah, I suppose it would suck having your -ss bounced out on the street for not paying the rent. And the nerve of any landlord having the balls to try to collect what's owed to them. They should be happy that the dead beat is gone. That should be enough. "Greedy bastards" indeed!! You would think they were in this to make a buck, huh? Hope you were able to get a place in one of the City Housing Projects. That way you won't have to be so puntual with the rent and you'll have a front row seat for the shoot outs. Take pictures for me and post them on utube. I LOVED SEEING BLOOD AND URINE IN THE ELEVATORS REGULARLY....THAT IS, WHEN THE ELEVATORS WORKED WHICH WAS RARE. INSTEAD OF "POSTED BY SOMEONE IN THE RENTAL OFFICE" HOW ABOUT BIN LADIN....YOU REMIND ME OF HIM.
