this was THE WORST WORST WORST place i have EVER lived! management is basically retarded..they don't do anything, i mean NOTHING! the apartments have zero charm, metal framed doors, cheap everything, nasty carpets, nasty cabinets, elevators that don't work, i can go on and on!!! robberies, gang violence, shootings, murders...is this seriously the ideal environment to live in' NOT! They are over priced ---- boxes that should be in Hunter's Point. You'd be better off homeless, than to live in this nightmare. they make you sign more than 1yr's lease and insist on a 60day notice to vacate! what a joke! forget about your deposit....you won't get it back and will probably be sent to collections without notice. OGNOL !!!! WOW !!!! Another resident who needed to call the police to help them catch the "MAPLE CABINET / GRANITE COUNTER / KNEE DEEP CARPET THIEF" This guy must be pretty good. DId he break in and steal this stuff between the time you picked the apartment and moved in or during your lease? And he must be an engineer to be able to remove the carved solid oak doors and frames and replace them with the metal frames and flat doors he left behind. I need to complain to EVIL management: my place (both of them) had the metal framed doors and no Maple Cabinets or Granite counters when I moved in. Why was I not given that option? Oh!!!! did I mention your phrasing and use of words in this review, like EVIL MANAGEMENT and SENT TO COLLECTION sound oddly similar to another former reviewer named Kelly. What a coincidence. In fact, even more amazing to me is that Kelly posted responses to 3 other recent reveiws within minutes of you posting your review. Man, the Phsycic Hotline could use you two. Or maybe a new TV series is in the works. BTW, what caliber of fire arm did they hold to your head to force you to sign a lease for more than a year. I have never posted and I concur with the bad reviews and have had similar experiences. That actually is very discouraging to me. I don't find comfort in the fact that management is at least consistent in their lack of response to the customers.
