been here for 2 years, everything has been great. live on turk street tower with a great view and it's convenient to everything, parking is cheaper than anywhere else in the city (for now) and the shuttle to downtown is great so I don't have to take the bus. Sure people will complain about stuff and whine, but that usually belies larger issues and unhappiness with themselves.

If you don't like it here, please leave, I'm tired of hearing your negativity at the dog park and at the elevators. In fact, why don't you go buy a house or condo and see how much fun it is to even try to get a repairman to come to your house to do ANYTHING or even try to fix it yourself. That's just laughable.

87 !!!! Now you've done it !!!! Posted something favorable about TFC. Now we can expect the usual tired, old former evicted tennents or fired employees to come out of the woodwork and gripe about 'horrible management'and 'blood and urine in the elevators'. Expect to be accused of being an employee as well. As to the malcontents buying their own place, lets check the numbers: a condo similar to what they rent for $2000 to $2600 would cost them $700,000 in the area. 20% down of $140,000, the payment on the mortgage at current fixed rates would be about $3800. Add real estate taxes of $787 monthly and HOA fee of around $600, plus insurance of probably $200 and their monthly nut would be close to $5400. I'm a Mortgage Broker and would certainly help them get the loan. Yeah, I'll wait by the phone for their urgent call !!!! Penthouse Bob

I moved OUT of the fillmore center after 4 years of putting up with their crap. It's easy to call a planted post for what it is because it is so completely the polar opposite of what actual, REAL tenants post. Tenants say the place is crap, but that's bad business for the FC isn't now! Any reviews that do not rate the FC negatively must be considered suspect, ESPECIALLY reviews that award completely outrages and ridiculous 5/5 scores, and lace their reviews with phrases like "Live her and Love it". The FC has been KNOWN to do this sort of thing for a while now, it is not a new development. Frankly, the people that actually LIKE living in the Fillmore Center are idiots. LET THEM live there. When they get robbed and murdered it'll just benefit the gene pool. Perhaps you should consider the fact that all of the "complaining morons" who post on this site do so because they wish to save prospective tenants from suffering as they have suffered? Perhaps they wish to pay back the FC for all of the crap they had to go through as tenants? Perhaps, just perhaps, their complaints are JUST and WARRANTED? *GASP*! SAY IT AIN'T SO! If you are actually a tenant there littlepisel and you ENJOY the area, stay there. When you get shot in the back walking home one night you'll have nobody to blame but yourself. Oh, and the guy that shot you, of course. Happy New Year!

Did the FC FORCE you to live here??? Did you actually do some research on the neighborhood before moving in? Did the leasing department hypntotize you for four years until you one day "woke up" and realized you didn't like the neighborhood? Come on! And you say the Fillmore Center is run by idiots? You blame the neighborhood and the complex when you were the one that made the dumbass decision of moving there to begin with. A case of self-victimization? Yup.
