After 2 years, it time to get out. One of the two elevators in the Turk street building is out at least once a month. The elevators and lobby is dirty. The stairwells have graffiti up and down them. The grass has died because it's like a marsh because they overwater every night, even if it's raining. There is no way to enter the building with out the shirt-tailers. You cannot access stairs from the lobby in order to walk up them to your apartment when the elevators are down or the working elevator is being used for someone to move. The dog area is dreaded, not sure when the last time they changed the sand. It took two months for them to change a light bulb that lights the common area. Art students throw food and trash from their windows at other tenants.

As another person said, the rent increase is crazy. 100 bucks last year and 200 this year. Parking went up 50 bucks over a 2 year period.

yep!!... another complaint about the fillmore center ...what is wrong with this place?? well... it sucks!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
