Fillmore Plaza Apartments

A Balanced Review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived here a few years ago; it was a pretty good place except it was a nightmare listening to all the noise from the Fillmore street. Plus sound reveberations from the Fillmore Auditorium. Plus jazz players jam until 5am at Rassella's next door. Either they needed (or need) to sound-proof their windows or do SOMETHING about it. Their are not many electrical outlets either. This may have changed since then. Also, the Business Manager wasn't in the building everyday; part-time, I believe. On the upside, the price was very reasonable, the view was nice, the building was kept in good shape, and I liked there were several laundry rooms. But in short--and it may not be entirely their fault--the units facing the street has very bad noise problems.
