Downtown. Nice studios, clean.
Included in rent : clean sheets & towels weekly, Friday night drinks & snacks, breakfast every Sunday, pasta-party once a month.
You can borrow vacuum cleaner, iron, anytime you want, if available ;). Laundromat, phone booth, internet ($1/min) on premises; but possibility to pay for your own phone line and DSL in the studios.
A bit small for 2 people and noisy at night (firetrucks), well this is downtown.
Deposit $20 for keys.

This info is not current.
As of fall 2006, the dining area is under construction and there are no pasta parties or breakfasts. They do provide free coffee in the lobby every morning.
The internet is now free, though only wired connections in the rooms. There is free wireless in the lobby (I'm not sure whether it reaches the lower floors or not; it doesn't reach the high floors for sure).
Still lots of fire trucks/ambulances at night!
