Quality Service, Quality Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   The building is on the edge of the theatre district and is centrally located to shopping (both grocery & retail), BART and Union Square. The apartments are about 20 years old but kept up well. They have 24 hour staff and a secure building. Parking is an extra charge and limmited but where isn't it!'!'
