While the apartments are in decent shape, you must realize that this building is in the heart of the Tenderloin. It is on Geary and Larkin and the action outside goes on 26 hours a day, seven days a week. Screaming crackheads, raving lunatics, prostitutes, drug dealers and about five bars within earshot (which noisy drunks pour from AT 2AM every morning) all combine to create some serious sound. Do not plan on studying or sleeping much. And the building has a hell of a roach problem, lets not forget about that. Also on a rainy do not be surprised if you find find hobos, junkies and the occasional prostitute crashed out in the lobby or squatting in the basement. Have no idea who is letting them in. Oh, and the elevator always smells like urine. Do not ever move here unless you positivley have no other choice.
