ugh. horrible management and owner. plus, the common area is really, really, really disgusting. the "gym" is a small room crammed with equipment that is mostly unusable and not safe, and the jacuzzi is moldy and dirty. you could catch 3 different communicable diseases just looking at it. showers are out in the open, with no curtain or anything. if you use it, anyone walking through the common room or the gym (not that anyone ever does) can see you. lots of the female tenants found that creepy. the manager told me that improvements were going to be made when i moved in over a year ago, and nothing has changed except the color of the mold and the fact that an exercise bike has been moved from the "gym" to the common room because someone got hurt in the overstuffed gym.
apartments can be okay, but the wiring is pretty dangerous and cobbled together. underground parking is nice to have, but the garage itself is gross and dark and dangerous (3 breakins in a supposedly secure underground lot).
there are so many other great places in the area in a similar price range. do yourself a favor and judge a book by its cover. when you see common areas in massive disrepair with no regard for safety or cleanliness or comfort, you can be sure that your apartment and living experience will not be positive. it wasn't for me.
