If you are looking for an apartment, and you notice the sign Citiapartments on the building or their cheap handouts or in any Apartment listings - BEWARE - do no even attempt to rent from them. No call backs, no response to tenants needs, and a total rip off.

Do either of you still live in a Skyline/CitiApartments building? Please tell your stories to CitiStop.org and the San Francisco City Attorneys office. March in protests when you can and be sure to boycott Swipe ATMs which are probably owned and mangaged by the Lembi family.
