There's a crazy tenant living in basement who always sets off the fire alarm in the middle of the night, loud neighbors, thin walls. Trash shoot is always stopped up, the building is very dirty. When I moved from one apartment to another I had to do all of the remodeling, painting and carpet removal myself. Someone got shot through the lip in the lobby from outside, and I myself was attacked by the local gang members that hang around on the corner. If you like the smell of urine, bums, drug addicts, and crime of all sorts then by all means move in.
