I've lived here since May and I really couldn't be happier. The lobby is nice. The stairwell moulding could be a little more dust-free and the elevator does feel like it's from a 1960's nuclear missile silo, but other than that it's awesome. There is still a crazy lady who lives in the basement, but now it sounds like her favorite activity has evolved from setting off the fire alarm (hasn't happened in the 6 months I've been here!) to sweeping the sidewalk and stairs in front of our building. Awesome trade!

The onsite manager is a pretty nice guy. I can't hear my neighbors 90% of the time. The utilities all work and there's good, cheap laundry facilities in the basement (by the crazy lady's place). The neighborhood sounds like it's also improved dramatically! There's The Ambassador across the street and Rye a few doors down and these bars attract a more affluent set to the block. The Loin-iness has been pushed one block down to O'Farrell.
