Of the 3 I've had in San Francisco (or elsewhere for that matter), this is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of giving my money. If you rent from them you deserve all the negligence and disrespect that you are in for. I should have known better, the day I signed my lease the property owner talking to his lawyer over an injury liability suit. The exterior stairwell attached to the apartment I rented was a rotting deathtrap that I have since reported to building inspectors. Real structural problems are covered in cheap cosmetic fasion. I moved out 2 months ago and despite numerous unreturned phone calls, still no deposit returned and now I have to deal with the hassle of small claims court. These people deserve no business.
