Hayes Valley Properties did not even have the respect to send me a letter or call me after I moved out to let me know why they have kept my security deposit, despite the apartment being in the same condition. After many calls and letters, I am now sewing them. They do not care about people, or have any level of professionalism.

Hey kids! Lots of gripe. All I know is things have changed down there. They have a new chica working in the office and things have been running lot more smoothly since Kelly left. Maybe you should stop back in and see what they can do for you! They have proved to be much better for me!
