Decided to write after seeing piles of bad reveiws. I have lived in a Hayes Valley Properties since January 07. Things have been great in all aspects of my rental. I hear rumors of a past bad manager, but she is gone and has been replaced by a competant and able team. Oscar always fixes my problems within a week. The office manager is friendly and responsible.
So, clam down ex-tenants, things have improved. Stop griping on our beautiful home!

Her name is Leandra. I always reach her at the office 863 6262. They don't always pick up but someone always seems to get back to me within a day or so.
