Of course 'K' was fantastic! The only reason we were lucky enough to have her is that she's related to the owner. Among the many 'alleged' reasons she 'might have decided' to leave were mis-treatment, non-payment, and ultimately, 'suspected activity' she refused to condone. (Of course, this is all only hear-say, okay') This from family' It's sick.
Then there's the 2AM trash pick up 2-3 nights a week. Nice. Did I mention that on any given day, (lately most of them) WITHOUT NOTICE major construction, (ie sledgehammers, drills, sanders, etc.) starts up promptly at 8:29AM. At least we're never late for work! Funny - You would think with all of the construction 'activity' the pipes would flow, the stairs would be fixed so folks aren't always falling down them, gas leaks would cease, and employees would stick around long enough for us to remember their names. Before 'K' was 'N' who couldn't seem to connect the dots...ever. He was nice though. Not like the new girl who likely filled out her application while watching The Simple Life. Based on the racket coming from her unit, I'd say she's an under-21 friend who has grabbed her first real job self righteously by the horns and is ready to become the ROCKSTAR she was born to be!...well at least from 10-2. Lastly, I have YET to meet ONE tenant that got a deposit back from these monsters. I guess it's the price we pay to stay in the neighborhood we call home. Bottom line, grin and bear it til something better opens up! =) We are, you see, still here. location,location,location...
