Hayes Vally Properties is a big slumlord.My Building at 650 Ellis is run by a out fit they run called"Avalon Bay Properties". I am going to court for the 3rd time on August 21 to stop them from banking rents. They are very good at moving around and closeing offices fast.Just do not rent from them at all!
