The La Mirada at 1100 Union is not an apartment building. This is a co-operative, wholly owned by the shareholders. We have a full time Resident Manager who has been with us for twentyfive years, 24 hour doorman service, and no pool, spa, or healthclub, which are referred to in the above review. We have never permitted rental of our units and renting is against our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. We have twenty owners all of whom know each other, and most of whom have lived in the building for many years. The above review is matched to the wrong address, and since this is not a rental building, the above review should be removed from your list.
