Low quality office staff. They open your parcel!!

I have lived here almost five years. The surrounding is nice. Before, the office people were responsible and polite. About one year, most of them left. Now, the office people are cheap and jealous. They opened my parcels twice which I ordered on line. The mailman always leaves the residents' parcel in the rental office. I picked up my parcels and found they were unsealed. The first time I thought it might be a mistake. However, it happened again!
