First appearance; lovely. Cute place, wonderfully kind and efficient building managers on site. However, I would not recommend living here unless you not only enjoy listening to every conversation your neighbors have (to the sides, above, and below) but also enjoy SMELLING when they use their toilet! That is definately a first for me. I could pay a lot less to get that level of quality. Honestly, do not live here. The maintenance man is also far more lax than I'm use to...like doesn't-come-ever kinda lax.
