Great property in the perfect location.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
This apartment was better than I ever could have hoped for when I was looking. The market was tight then and I would have settled for anything. Instead I got the best apartment I have ever had. It is the cleanest and best maintained apartment and building BY FAR. There is a courtyard at the entrance that always has beautiful flowers planted. The owners decorate the building at Christmas and send a card. The manager is great. She is polite, professional and completely responsive to requests.
The location is unbelievable. It is in the second block north of Chestnut Street.
