Absolutely awful management

Years at this apartment: 1983 - 2001
 
I lived here for 15 years but once the Sangiacomo family (Trinity properties) took over, the place became outrageously expensive. The place was "renovated" in the cheapest manner possible and passed through the costs to the tenants. Managment ignores repair problems and when they do come around, they even charge the tenants for many repairs!! Don''t get stuck here.
