Worst Place I ever Lived!!!

Besides the beautiful location and being near the marina greens and chestnut street the Marina cove apartments are horrible. The staff is rude and obnoxious. There are extra charges they don't tell you about until after you sign the lease such as a mandatory $65 a month cable fee that you must pay even if you don't watch TV. The parking is scary and has break-ins at least once a month as well as homeless people living in it from time to time. The hallways are smelly and damp and the walls paper thin. All in all it was a very depressing place to live and am glad I'm out!
