The units in this building are low quality, with noise and odors from other residents permeating throughout the complex. The sound transfer factor is very high and the bathrooms and kitchens are not vetilated. The common areas are dark, smelly and depressing. The mangement company is rude and inflexible, partly because they are treated so poorly by the family that owns the building (only the harshest personalities survive in that environment). The prices are high for what you get and living in these apartments takes most of the fun out of being in the marina. The furniture in the so-called furnished apartments is cheap and dirty and sparse. Sorry to be so negative but I strongly believe that you should look at other places before renting an apartment at this place.
