Small, but clean studios

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
The common areas are kept clean and most of the tenants are agreeable. On the down side, the common courtyard echoes everything (you can tell who gets laid and how often) and it's not unusual to hear 3 or 4 fire trucks a day from the Post St. station.
