I lived for 3 years at Matsonia Gardens. My unit was very clean, any requests for maintenance were performed quickly (within a day or two), and the management was friendly, efficient, and cared about their building and its tenants.

Yes, the neighborhood is extremely noisy. You move into it knowing that there is a high volume of people as well as cars.
