	I lived for 3 years at Matsonia Gardens. My unit was very clean, any requests for maintenance were performed quickly (within a day or two), and the management was friendly, efficient, and cared about their building and its tenants. ... more

	The common areas are kept clean and most of the tenants are agreeable. On the down side, the common courtyard echoes everything (you can tell who gets laid and how often) and it´s not unusual to hear 3 or 4 ... more
