Good value; gym included; historic building

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1998
This building used to be a hotel run by the Methodist Church. It is student housing for Hastings. Perhaps they are renting to others. The apartments go from very small to very large. Maintenance is good. There is a free gym on the mezzanine. It used to be a formal dining room, so there are chandeliers and sculpted ceilings. A hop, skip and jump to BART. I liked it.
