I have been here for 2 years and it used to suck. But since we have been with this new manager, things are a lot better.
1) Management: the regular manager is awsome, responsive, tries to get stuff done, apologetic when things are slow, and accomadating. The weekend guy, not so much.
2)Maintenance: They are slow and the manager has to ride them a lot. When it comes to stuff that is important they are quick, cause of management, but things like light fixtures and cabinets, they are slow and u have to call a few times.
3)Location: The location is awsome. I hate the stupid hill, but good excercise, few break-ins in cars, very safe apts. Great restaraunts near by. Also there is a security guard in the evenings till the morning. I see them regularly and one of them helped me with loading my stuff one night.
4)Cleanliness: The clean-up crew keeps it clean and we have new lobbies and signs, the carpets are vacumed regularly and the walls are painted on a regular basis.
5)Pets: Very pet friendly, balconies in some apts, great for pets.
6)Other Stuff: Elevators work more often than not, good laundry rooms, almost always can find one available, street parking is pretty good & safe, garage parking avail. for extra $100 (which is crazy), and friendly neighbors (u will learn their dogs name, but not theirs) - not recomended if u have a problem with dogs.
