Noisy; slow maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I've never lived in such a noisy apartment building. Each morning, I hear every single word the neighbor upstairs says while training his dog. At night, I know when he's, uh, sharing an intimate moment with his significant other, or when he's taking a shower. It literally took MONTHS to get maintenance to come and fix a light. This is not an exaggeration. Hopefully, they're more prompt when it comes to more urgent repairs. On the positive side, the heat insulation is quite good for a San Francisco apartment, and the built-in heater actually heats the room quietly and effectively -- something I can't say for a couple of other apartments I've lived in in the Sunset. The parking garage is very convenient.
