Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
This complex has gone through quite a few management changes over the few years I have lived here but I must say that the current cohort is by far the most incompetent. The manager has gone to great lengths to upgrade fixtures in the "lobby" and hallway (and has sunk quite a few bucks into padding his own office) but the apartments themselves are still the same old tiny dumps.
