I stayed at the Nob Hill Chateau for several months on a work assigned in one of their studio apartments. While it was about the size of a hotel room, I found that it pretty much everything I needed. It came with high-speed Internet access (had some technical issues at first, but resolved) and even a fax machine. The housekeepers came weekly and replaced the sheets and towels and did a thorough cleaning. The manager, Steve was really nice and attentive, although a little preoccupied because he was getting married.

Overall, I would highly recommend the place because of the quality of the apartments and the convenient location. The other tenants seemed to be professionals for the most part, although I did see a few oddballs that from what I found out, have lived there since the goldrush. Oh, the noise from the street can be somewhat high if you leave the windows open. There's a cable car line on Powell. Make sure to get something up high if available, it's worth the extra money to escape the noise.
