Nob Hill Place Apartments

Not impressed at all From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   You would think that this place would be mostly traveling business people needing a place to stay for long term projects and such since the units are furnished and utilities are included. Strangely there's a lot of people who just live there full time. The bldg is old and there is very little between the floors/ceilings. Noise is a major issue. I could hear my neighbors having sex, flushing the toilets, even parties going on sometimes. It was disgusting. Parking will cost you an extra $250/month in the parking garage down the road. There is no street parking anywhere unless you want to drive around in circles all night long waiting for someone to leave. It will take months to get your security deposit back too. If you're desperate and need something fast give it a shot- 30 day minimum stay though. Only way to avoid SF city hotel tax
