Walls are too thin, and you hear every single noise from your neighbors. I am not kidding! You feel no privacy at all. When you want to check the apt, make sure you come when neighbors may be at home, so that you will hear with your own ears how much noise you get through the thin paper wall. Come to check on Sat morning. You will be surprised to hear the TV sounds from the next door, foot steps from the neighbor above, toilte flush, talking, just about every noise.
Be aware the ceiling is asbestos. You are facing to the health hazard. They won't tell it to you until you sign the contract.
Maintenance staff is OK. But the rent staff is nothing else but nightmare.
They charge the common area electricity use. Doesn't it include in the rent!' Before you sign the contract, make sure what the hidden fees are. It's not just the rent you will pay each month. They have all wired kinds of hidden fees, and all of sudden they include it in your bill.
