Lots of amenities - super management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Probably the nicest management I've ever come across. If you've had crappy service you were probably crappy tenants. There are a lot of long term tenants here (5 yrs) so that should tell you something. Laundry, garage, extra storage, and guest parking is great. Pool looks great but have never used it. There is also a decent size gym too. The location is pretty convenient with North Beach and Columbus, Trader Joes, Safeway and the Wharf all close by. Only negatives, it can be noisy but mostly on the weekends only, but then get an inner facing apartment.
