Oceanview Village is being converted in to condos and going on the market. So, if you want to live here for a while dont choose these apartments.
We like it here it's close to SFSU and BART, and the Albertson's & Rite Aid are down stairs. But the neighborhood outside the complex is ghetto. The complex is quiet and nice. We love the washer and dryer, and the space in the apartments. But we are upset about the condo converting, because we just moved here this summer. They told us this after a series of black outs and the lease mold amendment addition. There must be something wrong with this building because they have people out here everyday checking it, and they want to unloaded after less than a year. The rents are very high and that is why it is empty in San Francisco. They will not negotitate on the rent. But the service is good in the management office so far. The apartment have good appliances, but not well put together over all. I would not want to buy here because the neighborhood will over time take over this building too.
