Lease-to-Own. No kidding. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I was initially concerned because I wasn't expecting them to sell the units so quickly (I was initially told 3 to 5 years) and I was really scared about the idea of homeownership but everyone has worked very hard to help me with the process. I have lived at Oceanview Village for 3 months and they gave me one years rental credit to buy my new condo. I should close in escrow very soon and I am telling everyone I know! I never thought I would be able to afford to buy a place in the City and I really wasn'r really wasn't thinking about buying at this time -- but the incentive was too good to pass up. The leasing staff was helpful in my initial decision to live here. The sales staff was helpful in selecting my new home. Overall I am satisfied. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
