Very Good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rent is too high and my car was broken into twice within 3 months. I parked under a headlight on Arch Street. I had to get a parking space in the parking gargage and now I pay $125 a month for parking. That is not cool. However, My neighbors are nice and I feel safe living there.
