Rip OFF! Not worth renting or Buying

Ive been here a long time and I wouldnt have stayed if it were not close to my job. Been waiting for Ballys to open up for a year. Been waiting for Albersons to finally hire some Check out clerks for almost 2 years in March. Been waiting for professional solutions to things like the alarms going of fat all hours of the morning and at night instead of hearing --"It is, what it is." from the Property Manager. My neighbor had her car stolen and nobody in the office even cared, they just told her that if she wanted to get parking it would cost $125.00 a month.
Rent is too much and I have lived here long enough to know that this is a wise place to invest my money to purchase a home. Word to the wise, check it out at night before you move here.
