I have lived here since they were built in 2002 and I love living here. The convenience of the location is second to none. But things have been changing very fast in recent months. First, the Albertsons Grocery store below closed with no plans of reopening. The City is in a legal battle with Albertsons because they signed an incredibly long lease for the space and now want out. This leaves everyone in the neighborhood looking elsewhere for groceries, the nearest grocery stores are several miles away. My main concern to pass along is the amount of crime I have experienced while living here. My car has been broken into three times. When I reported the last break-in to the police, they said "We have bigger fish to fry." Well, apparently they arent frying the bigger fish either, because in the last week I have been witness to TWO shoot-outs, both times gang related. About a month ago a high speed chase ended just yards from my patio and I had to direct the police to the backyard that the 'perp' was hiding in. WOW Needless to say, with a little one on the way, we will be moving in the next month.

Well if you are not a guest of someone's or a renter...*shrug* Nothing worse than people who think they are entitled to something. Besides, parking's tight anywhere in SF
