You have been forewarned.

Whatever you do...do not rent or look to buy a unit here! Walls are INCREDIBLY thin you can hear your next door neighbors, despite the fact that they are doors away.

No Parking and the neighborhood is extremly unsafe.

Even inside the property, there are so many hidden, blind spots, you can easily get attacked.

The new property manager is disrespectful and not accomodating to long term owners.

Even though it says it is San Francisco, you're basically paying SF exorbitant rental prices for Daly City type living...Absurd, if you ask me.

I can't agree more with this person. Going into the shopping area after dark is creepy. If you have to take Muni it is a very unsafe walk from the stop back to this complex from the M line. The on-site management does little to address complaints. Many of the units are rented to very loud and rowdy students that party a LOT. The garbage areas are filthy - over the weekends the amount of trash that piles up is unbelievable. If you live in a unit on the first floor there are awful moisture and mold problems. The plumbing is all connected so if someone on the upper floor units flush stuff into their toilet it will cause the first floor units to back-up. The HOA dues have risen dramatically and as of 4/09 they are $550. a month! And for nothing - there is no gym, no pool, nothing! The market located at the strip mall beneath the complex is disgusting. If you really want to be grossed out, check out their seafood department. They sell live fish, but look closely at them - they have open sores, infections on their their bodies - and the dead ones are still floating around in the water. This place can look very attractive on a Sunday afternoon - but don't be fooled.
