Great location and no problems

I've lived at Oceanview for two years now, and love how close it's to BART. Also I wanted to be able to walk to the gym and groceries which are both just downstairs. I've never had any problems with the noise maybe because our unit faces the inside courtyard. Given everything I'd give it a thumbs up, the rent is actually very reasonable for SF.
