Paramount Apartments

Has anyone renewed a lease in this building' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Building opened in Nov 2001 and I think that almost all of the original tenants have already moved. They continue to raise rents hundreds of dollars despite a nearly empty, sterile building. Noise is a constant problem unless your are on floors 30 . Oh yea, you also get to clean your own windows. Just ask how :o) Except for the obnoxious parking attendants, staff is great though.
