i lived there for 6 months when it first opened and had nothing but problems. the valet parkers were useless and slow particulary are peak hours, they promised yoga classes which never materilized, the headsets on the tvs in the gym were always broken, the pool was constantly shut down for repairs, the applicances were cheap and cheesy, the heating was expensive and the noise from the street and firehouse was never ending. you had to step over bums and their excretement to get to the front door.
the doorman were nice though.
