If you work or attend school in the area, this place has an amazing location! You pretty much walk, hail a cab or take a train and you can be at your destination within minutes. That being said this place is very very expensive and not worth the price, at all! Parking is $300/month and because it valet only it may take up to 20 minutes to get your car! The actual apartment itself is very cheaply done, the harwood floors look like cheap glued on wood. The bathroom, carpeting, and appliances are pathetic, considering what you are paying for!
The Paramount tries to act like the most luxurious apartment building in SF but the only thing luxurious is the price and the fresh flowers in the lobby every week!
Management is rude, incompetent, and have a high turnover rate. In the 1 year I have been here they have had 3 new managers and countless new office staff!
The concierge employees are very professional, the location is great, and the workout center is fantastic. The only problem is that there is no value for money!
