Paramount Apartments

OK Place, But there´s problems... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Lived there for one year. Only two great things, location and view. Apartments are tiny, with no storage space. Construction is acceptable, but not luxurious. Valet parking is $300/month and it takes forever to get your car from the attendents. There are just unbelievable amounts of homeless people as soon as you walk out of the builing. And then they wanted to renew my lease for an extra $200 a month! Im already paying $1850 for a small 1-bedroom. Are they kidding me'
